All delivery charges included on this website are for within mainland UK only. However certain postcodes are considered geographic extremities (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Islands, some areas of Scotland).

We can deliver to these locations and outside the UK however this will incur additional costs.

We will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form.

Delivery costs can apply when:

• You require the safe to be installed. Highly recommended for larger safes.
• There are stairs that go up a floor or stairs that go down a floor i.e. to a basement or even up a spiral staircase.

There is a site survey form that you can fill in and send to us with your order.

Problems with delivery:

This can occur if there is missing information for example number of steps, safe too heavy for lift, door ways not wide enough etc.
