Free Delivery
Free Delivery

At eSafes we are very proud to offer free delivery on every product you find on our site. All delivery charges included on this website are for within mainland UK only.

When choosing your delivery please note that the free delivery option can vary from brand to brand. Some manufacturers offer free delivery and installation whereas others offer free curbside pallet drop off delivery. Where next day delivery is written, you will receive it the next working day as long as your order is received before 1pm.

If the delivery is a Free Courier drop off service you may be able to select your date of delivery. Give us a call on 0191 238 6006 and we can arrange this for you.

We will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form. Please note that deliveries can be made as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We may be able to narrow down your delivery timeslot if you give us a call on the day your delivery is due to be made to save you having to wait in the house all day.

For each product the various delivery options and descriptions are listed with prices on the delivery tab on the product page.

If you select Delivery & Position (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) or Delivery & Installation (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) our installation agent will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note this delivery service is to the ground floor or anywhere else within your building via a suitable lift. There can be no more than two steps on the delivery route. If more than two steps are required in the delivery process then please complete the quote form.

We’ll require full information, including details of nearby car parking, vehicle height restrictions and information about any stairs our team members may need to traverse with your new safe.

Safe Installation

Whether you’ve chosen a standalone, wall mounted or floor safe, the team at eSafes has the experience and know-how to fit it in the location of your choice. We recommend that you take every opportunity to bolt your safe in place for extra security - a large number of the models we offer are capable of being bolted to the wall or floor, and can be fitted to concrete, brick or wooden joists.

Safe Removal

The eSafes team can also be relied upon to help you remove any safe, either to move to a different location or to dispose of. We can relocate your safe for you if you wish for us to do so. If you want to keep or sell your safe, it’s important that you get in touch with experts in order to do so, as any mistakes may lead to the safe being damaged and losing value as a result. We can remove free-standing safes, cash deposit safes, gun safes, fire safes, wall safes and even underfloor safes, so you can feel free to contact us for assistance whatever the make or model you own.

Safe Disposal

How to Organise Safe Delivery, Removal or Disposal
