Free Delivery

At eSafes we are very proud to offer free delivery on every product you find on our site. All delivery charges included on this website are for within mainland UK only.

When choosing your delivery please note that the free delivery option can vary from brand to brand. Some manufacturers offer free delivery and installation whereas others offer free curbside pallet drop off delivery. Where next day delivery is written, you will receive it the next working day as long as your order is received before 1pm.

If the delivery is a Free Courier drop off service you may be able to select your date of delivery. Give us a call on 0191 238 6006 and we can arrange this for you.

We will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form. Please note that deliveries can be made as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We may be able to narrow down your delivery timeslot if you give us a call on the day your delivery is due to be made to save you having to wait in the house all day.

If you select Delivery & Position (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) or Delivery & Installation (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) our installation agent will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note this delivery service is to the ground floor or anywhere else within your building via a suitable lift. There can be no more than two steps on the delivery route. If more than two steps are required in the delivery process then please complete the quote form.

Terms and Conditions

1. The offer only applies on products priced £100 (+ vat) minimum. The price we use is that of the matched price, not our current website selling price.
2. The discount code can only be used once and is only available on the product that has been price matched.

Burg Wachter Diplomat

What you need to know: Burg Wachter Diplomat

Protection against theft combined with protection against fire and heat. The BURG-WÄCHTER Diplomat series safes provide double security, making them the ideal place for your valuables! This is because the Diplomat safe with resistance grade I is type-tested, monitored by ECB•S/VdS and certified for burglary protection according to EN 1143-1. The models are available with mechanical lock or with electronic lock including fingerprint.

At least one hour of fire protection

In the Diplomat, your documents are protected from fire and heat for at least one hour. This is exactly what the certified fire protection according to EN 15659 guarantees, which is why our developers have designed the wall with reinforced special fire insulation. Furthermore, special heat insulation is installed to ensure that the temperature inside the safe rises only slowly. In addition, the door gaps are sealed with special swelling material.

You have a choice of locking systems!

The safe models, which come in four sizes, are available with two locking systems. Of course with the classic key (K models). Or the modern electronic locking system “SecuTronic” (E FP models) for opening by code or fingerprint. The high-security double-bit “SecuSafe” lock offers a convenient something extra. Namely, should you ever lose a key, you can simply order a new set of keys and reset the lock to the new keys. If your old key has been stolen, it can no longer be used to open the safe thanks to the resettable lock!
